Право на отказ в 14-дневен срок
Ако сте потребител и сте закупили стока от GSM-One.bg чрез интернет, по правило имате право да се откажете от договора от разстояние в срок от 14 дни, считано от датата, на която Вие или посочено от Вас трето лице, различно от превозвача, получите стоката. Не е необходимо да посочвате причина за отказа.
Правото на отказ не се прилага в случаите, за които законът изрично предвижда изключение.
Как да подадете отказ
Попълнете формата по-долу с данните за поръчката и имейл адрес, на който можем да Ви изпратим потвърждение. След подаването заявлението Ви ще бъде регистрирано и ще получите потвърждение по имейл.
Подаването на заявление не означава автоматично, че възстановяването на сумата е извършено. Заявлението ще бъде обработено съгласно приложимото законодателство.
Връщане на стоката
След като ни уведомите за отказа, трябва да изпратите или предадете стоката обратно без неоправдано забавяне и не по-късно от 14 дни от датата, на която сте ни уведомили за отказа, освен ако законът предвижда друго.
Стоката следва да бъде върната на адреса, посочен от търговеца за връщане на стоки. Разходите за връщане са за сметка на потребителя, когато това е приложимо и потребителят е бил предварително информиран за това.
Възстановяване на платените суми
При валидно упражнено право на отказ възстановяването на сумите се извършва в сроковете и при условията на приложимото законодателство. Търговецът може да задържи възстановяването до получаване на стоката обратно или до представяне на доказателство, че тя е изпратена, в зависимост от това кое от двете събития настъпи първо.
Изключения от правото на отказ
Законът предвижда изключения за определени категории стоки и договори. Те се прилагат само когато са изпълнени конкретните законови условия. Обикновените аксесоари за телефони не са автоматично изключени от правото на отказ само защото опаковката е отворена.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.

Right of Withdrawal
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and have purchased goods from GSM-One.bg online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. You do not need to give a reason for your withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the law expressly provides for an exception.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request
Complete the form below with your order details and an email address where we can send you a confirmation. Once submitted, your request will be registered and you will receive an email confirmation.
Submitting a request does not automatically mean that a refund has been issued. Your request will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by law.
The goods should be returned to the address specified by the trader for returns. Return costs are borne by the consumer where applicable and provided that the consumer was informed of this in advance.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, refunds will be made within the time limits and under the conditions laid down by applicable law. The trader may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the consumer has provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The law provides exceptions for certain categories of goods and contracts. These exceptions apply only where the specific legal conditions are met. Ordinary mobile phone accessories are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because their packaging has been opened.
